We are looking for someone with proven experience in IT systems engineering, focusing on automation, cloud technologies, and scripting. You should be proficient in PowerShell and at least one other scripting language (Python, JavaScript, etc.). Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is essential, alongside a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with solution design, deployment, and lifecycle management is required, and knowing DevOps practices and tools is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively are vital. Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders clearly and professionally are essential. We value a keen interest in emerging technologies, including cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and data.

In this newly created role, you will design, implement, and maintain end-to-end IT solutions, prioritizing automation and operational efficiency. You will develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and system configurations. Building and managing business process automations using Microsoft Power Platform will be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions will be expected, alongside leading solution design sessions and documenting architecture, workflows, and dependencies. You will ensure secure and scalable deployment of solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. Additionally, you will monitor, optimize, and maintain system performance, reliability, and security, while also providing training and support to internal teams on new systems and automations.
