Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT systems engineering with a focus on automation, cloud, and scripting.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and at least one other scripting language (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in solution design, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Keen interest in emerging technologies, including cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and data.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end IT solutions, prioritising automation and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to automate routine tasks and system configurations.
- Build and manage business process automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead solution design sessions and document architecture, workflows, and dependencies.
- Ensure secure and scalable deployment of solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
- Monitor, optimise, and maintain system performance, reliability, and security.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on new systems and automations.
