### Cloud Solutions Engineer
Location: London – Permanent | £75,000 | Hybrid (initially onsite to embed in the business)
We are partnering with a growing investment firm to recruit a proactive and technically skilled Cloud Solutions Engineer. This newly created role sits within a small, agile IT team and is ideal for someone passionate about automation, cloud solutions, and delivering scalable IT systems. You’ll lead the design and implementation of workflows and cloud-based systems that support business operations from concept to completion.

- Proven experience in cloud and IT systems engineering, solution delivery, or cloud implementation.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Power Platform.
- Experience with solution design, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders clearly and confidently.
- Proactive, professional, and solution-oriented, capable of working independently or collaboratively.
- Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and data analytics.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end cloud and IT solutions with a focus on automation, integration, and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar to automate tasks and system configurations.
- Build and manage business process automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Lead solution design sessions, document architectures, workflows, and dependencies.
- Ensure secure, scalable deployment of solutions across hybrid environments.
- Monitor, optimize, and maintain system performance, reliability, and security.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on new systems and automations.
