Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a 2nd line support role, ideally focused on mobile endpoint management.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Manager
- Apple Business Manager
- Entra ID & M365
- Android Enterprise Manager
- Samsung KNOX
- Experience with iOS and Android device configuration.
- Strong experience in mobile device management within enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, coordination abilities, and stakeholder communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line support for mobile operating systems, escalating complex issues to 3rd line teams as needed.
- Manage device configuration, policy changes, and post-deployment support.
- Work with tools such as Workspace ONE, JAMF, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise Manager, and Samsung KNOX.
- Oversee incident queues, ensure SLA adherence, and coordinate efforts across technical and service teams.
- Support the end-to-end mobile lifecycle, ensuring smooth delivery and strong communication with stakeholders.
Description
We are an established IT services provider looking for an experienced 2nd Line Engineer with expertise in mobile device management (MDM) to join our team. This permanent, full-time position is based on-site in Hatfield, Milton Keynes, or Nottingham.
