Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with .Net and C# development within an enterprise environment.
- Prior experience with Modular monolith architecture; Microservices design is a nice to have.
- Experience with SQL Server and Restful APIs.
- Experience with cloud-first architecture within Azure (Cosmos DB, App Services, Service Bus, Storage, etc.).
- Previous leadership experience mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and guiding best practices.
- Experience setting up and implementing CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Technical skills in Docker, Containerization, React, and DevOps are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and migration from legacy systems (ASP and PHP) to modern, cloud-first systems and applications.
- Design and implement software solutions using .NET and C#.
- Mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives throughout the team.

We offer a competitive salary between £68,000 - £72,000 per annum with the flexibility of working one day a week on-site.
