Requirements
Must:
- I require 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, consulting, or related technical roles.
- I expect hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Datadog.
- Familiarity with AIOps/ITSM tools like BigPanda, Splunk ITSM, ServiceNow, or their equivalents is essential.
- Expertise in Event Management and OpenTelemetry is necessary.
- A strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL frameworks and Enterprise Architecture principles is a must.
- Proven experience in delivering solutions to large enterprise clients is required.
- I need someone who can bridge technical delivery with business strategy, effectively advising senior stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are critical.
- Experience in implementing and optimizing IT Operations solutions across multiple technologies is expected.
Responsibilities
- As the Lead Technical Consultant, I will design, implement, and optimize IT Operations solutions across observability, AIOps, and ITSM platforms.
- I will help clients adopt best practices in Event Management and OpenTelemetry.
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor, I will bridge technology and business strategy.
- I will assist in developing frameworks, accelerators, and methodologies that define how my company delivers its services.
