Requirements
Must:
- I have 5+ years of experience in a 2nd/3rd line or senior desktop support role, ideally within professional services or large enterprise environments.
- I possess strong technical expertise across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID / Azure AD.
- I have proven experience delivering excellent customer service in business-facing IT support roles.
- I demonstrate confident communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- I have strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- I have experience supporting mobile devices and iOS management.
- An ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- I provide high-quality 2nd line IT support to users onsite and remotely, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
- I act as the primary onsite IT contact, delivering a white-glove service and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- I install, configure, and support end-user devices including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
- I support and maintain applications such as Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows 11.
- I provide local AV and meeting room support, assisting during events where required.
- I collaborate with 3rd line and global IT teams to deliver upgrades, patching, and IT projects.
- I maintain accurate asset records, documentation, and knowledge base entries.
- I ensure compliance with security and IT governance standards.
- I participate in the on-call rota and occasional weekend work for upgrades or maintenance.
