Requirements
Must:
- Experience in coordination across Change, Incident and Problem management, ideally within a Legal, Insurance or Financial Service environment
- Experience with ITSM and tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Agile, and Scrum
- CAB experience
- Ability to work with Infrastructure, Compute, and Network teams, monitoring tickets and SLAs
- Process review and improvements
- Training review and recommendations
- Documentation and agenda circulation
- Support Infrastructure Team Leaders in creating minutes, chasing actions, and stepping in when required
- Experience in raising and following up on escalations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within a global environment
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including:
- ServiceNow, JIRA, Agile, Scrum
- M365, Windows 11, Teams, Active Directory, Exchange Online
- Windows Server Estate
- Azure Cloud
- Network technologies including Cisco, SD-WAN, Firewall, and AV equipment
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities for the Infrastructure Team
- Monitor and manage tickets and SLAs
- Conduct process reviews and implement improvements
- Assist in training reviews and provide recommendations
- Circulate documentation and agendas for meetings
- Create meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Raise and follow up on escalations when necessary
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Compute, and Network teams
Description
We are a Global Legal Company seeking an IT Infrastructure Co-Ordinator for a 6-month contract with a hybrid working model, averaging 2-3 days per week on-site in either London or Glasgow. As part of our Infrastructure team, you will support day-to-day activities and engage in a dynamic role that requires both coordination and technical exposure.
