Must:
We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer with prior experience in a 2nd Line role. You should have a strong background in Windows 11 and O365 administration and support. Being able to engage face-to-face with customers is crucial, and you must possess excellent customer service and communication skills to complement your technical expertise. Additionally, you should be proficient in diagnosing hardware issues related to printers and laptops. It's important for you to take ownership of tickets and be committed to resolving them from start to finish. Experience with Linux is a plus, and familiarity with tools such as Powershell, Service Now, MECM, SCCM, or MSCM is also desired.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide onsite support to users in Crawley, working five days a week. Your responsibilities will include handling escalations from the Service Desk and assisting with walk-ups and deskside support. You will be expected to provide outcome-focused customer service, prioritizing the needs of users rather than merely focusing on ticket volumes. You will also be responsible for diagnosing hardware issues and ensuring that all support tickets are resolved efficiently.
