Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer with the following essential qualifications:
- 3+ years in an IT support role with strong 2nd line support capabilities, including the ability to diagnose and resolve issues on both Microsoft and Mac operating systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Server operating systems and associated technologies such as Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Office 365, and Active Directory, including the implementation and administration of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
- Experience with virtualization technologies, particularly VMware.
- Knowledge of cloud services, including Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Experience with Intune and the implementation of IT solutions, as well as basic networking knowledge, including an understanding of switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, and routing.
- Excellent communication skills with exceptional capabilities in VIP support.
Responsibilities
As the 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be tasked with providing first and second-line technical support and maintenance on-site for one of our valued clients in the medical industry. You will document incidents and service requests, resolve support issues, and ensure that service levels and targets are consistently met, all while maintaining high customer satisfaction and service delivery standards.
