Must:
We require a candidate with proven experience in a 2nd Line Mobile Device Management (MDM) or mobile endpoint support role. You should have hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager and Android devices. Knowledge of Intune, including enrolling devices, pushing policies, and troubleshooting is essential. Familiarity with JAMF and Samsung KNOX is a bonus. Strong coordination, troubleshooting, and incident management skills are necessary for this position.
Responsibilities
As a 2nd Line MDM Analyst, you will provide Mobile Device Management support using cloud-based tools. Your key responsibilities will include:
- 2nd line troubleshooting and incident resolution for MDM
- Managing policy changes and basic policy troubleshooting
- Device enrollment, pushing policies, and OS configuration through MDM platforms
- Performing device wipes and reloads, software updates, compliance checks, and mobile application deployment
You will primarily work with Apple Business Manager and Android/Intune environments, collaborating closely with 3rd line analysts and technical teams to ensure smooth Mobile Device Management delivery and maintain SLA compliance.
Description
We are looking for a driven individual to join our team at a leading IT services provider located in Hatfield. This full-time, onsite position offers a salary between £30,000 and £35,000. We seek someone who is eligible for Security Clearance (SC) and has experience in software-based Mobile Device Management to support iOS and Android devices. This role focuses exclusively on software-based Mobile Device Management—there is no hardware or logistical phone support involved.
