Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience in business architecture or enterprise transformation within large, complex, highly regulated environments (e.g. nuclear, energy, infrastructure, defence).
- Strong hands-on expertise in architecture frameworks, capability modelling, value stream mapping, and operating model design.
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional alignment and managing interdependencies at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex architecture concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to link capability investment to value, cost, schedule, and risk outcomes.

- Ensure strategic objectives are translated into coherent operating models, business capabilities, processes, and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead a specialist team and work across multiple disciplines including engineering, design, procurement, safety, regulation, and operations.
- Ensure business change is integrated, strategically aligned, and delivers measurable value while meeting stringent regulatory requirements.
Description
We are a major UK infrastructure organisation based in Suffolk, currently delivering one of the countrys most significant and complex energy projects. As part of our Digital and IT team, we offer a competitive salary between £80,000 and £100,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, up to a 15% employer pension contribution, and a company bonus.
