Requirements
Must:
- 4 years of experience designing digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Confident communicator, able to present and defend design decisions
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional Agile teams
- Experience conducting and applying qualitative and quantitative user research
- Ability to work weekly from the Belfast office as part of a hybrid setup
Responsibilities
- Lead UX design on complex B2B and internal-facing products
- Drive discovery initiatives, from early research through to high-fidelity design
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders
- Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing
- Design scalable information architectures and navigation systems
- Contribute to and evolve our organization’s design system
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align stakeholders and uncover user needs
- Champion user-centered, evidence-based design decisions
