Must:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with at least 5 years in a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst role, ideally within financial services or data-driven environments. You should have an excellent grasp of data analytics, with working knowledge of SQL or similar. Your experience should include supporting large-scale systems change or migrating legacy platforms to modern systems. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves working cross-functionally across engineering, operations, and executive teams. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure are also crucial. A collaborative mindset and a willingness to help where needed will set you apart.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will dive deep into our existing internal systems, some of which are legacy, and build a strong understanding of how data flows through the business. You will translate business challenges into clear, technical requirements for our engineering teams and act as a conduit between stakeholders to ensure buy-in and alignment at every stage. Documenting system behaviors, data structures, workflows, and user requirements to support development will be part of your daily tasks. You will help identify blockers and risks, offering practical solutions to keep progress on track. Additionally, you will rapidly absorb new concepts across pricing, data, revenue, and operational tech stacks, ensuring that our technical documentation is complete, consistent, and reflects stakeholder needs.
