Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience designing and building distributed, event-driven, cloud-native systems
- Expertise in .NET technologies (.NET Framework and .NET Core) using C#
- Strong API development experience (REST, GraphQL)
- Solid experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL or similar)
- Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure or similar)
- Strong understanding of full SDLC including design, development, QA, and production support
- Experience building automated testing solutions for complex systems
- Exposure to microservices and serverless architecture
- Understanding of TDD, BDD, or similar development methodologies
- Knowledge of financial or trading platforms (desirable)
- Experience with FIX protocol (desirable)
- Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, or React (desirable)
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
Responsibilities
- Design and develop distributed, event-driven systems
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
- Build and maintain APIs (REST/GraphQL)
- Develop cloud-native applications
- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and high performing
- Work across the full software development lifecycle, from design and proof of concept through to deployment and post-release support
- Mentor junior engineers
- Contribute to best practices and drive automation
- Enhance testing and DevOps maturity across the team
