Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Build and scale secure, high-performance applications using Python and modern frameworks.
- Drive AI/ML innovation by designing and implementing solutions to enhance compliance automation.
- Lead the development of intuitive frontends using modern JavaScript frameworks, alongside creating robust backends.
- Champion code quality, performance, and security standards across the team.
- Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and designers to turn innovative ideas into reality.
- Continuously explore and advocate for new technologies, especially in the fields of AI and machine learning.
- Operate with autonomy and accountability, actively shaping the engineering culture within the company.
