Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles. You should have a strong track record in applied machine learning, be skilled in designing scalable, production-ready systems, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You must also be comfortable in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will have full ownership of the Machine Learning lifecycle, managing everything from data through to production. You will be tasked with building and deploying LLM/NLP solutions, including RAG and Generative AI use cases. Additionally, you will work within a modern AWS/MLOps environment, drive innovation, and help shape our Machine Learning strategy while collaborating across data, engineering, and business teams.

This high-impact, strategic role focuses on Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs) with real-world applications and strong scope for progression. We offer flexibility to appoint at the Lead or Principal level for candidates with the right experience and leadership background.
