Requirements
Must:
- 3 years project management experience delivering Salesforce platform initiatives
- Strong experience managing full project lifecycles (scope, budget, delivery, deployment)
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, data structures, and integrations
- Experience with Salesforce Cloud products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Experience managing project budgets and resource allocation
- Strong risk management and governance experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project
- Desirable: Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.)
- Desirable: Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications)
- Desirable: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM implementations, enhancements, and integrations across the organization
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial scoping and planning through to execution and deployment
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and business stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between technical solutions and organizational goals
- Take ownership of timelines, budgets, governance, and risk management
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and data protection standards
- Drive operational efficiency and customer engagement through Salesforce initiatives
