- Experienced in leading or mentoring junior developers, driving standards and best practices
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor front-end development teams to ensure high-quality, scalable code
- Define and evolve front-end architecture across multiple products and platforms
- Evaluate and adopt emerging UI technologies, championing best practices and design standards
- Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals
- Conduct code reviews, technical design discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components, libraries, and design systems to enhance consistency and efficiency
