Must:
We are looking for candidates with:
- Frontend expertise: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, ES6, and TypeScript, along with deep experience in React, Redux, React Query, and GraphQL. A strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and modern CSS frameworks (such as Tailwind) is essential. Experience in integrating frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs is required.
- Backend expertise: Extensive experience with TypeScript in production environments. Proficiency in SQL, distributed system design, and building scalable APIs. Familiarity with microservices, event-driven systems, and messaging technologies (like RabbitMQ, AMQP, SOLACE, etc.) is necessary. Comfort with Linux shell and PowerShell scripting is also important.
- Cloud & DevOps: Solid experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
As a Principal Software Engineer, you will:
- Own the end-to-end technical direction of major systems, ensuring they meet high standards for performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
- Define and champion architectural principles, coding standards, and modern engineering practices across teams.
- Mentor engineers at all levels, raising technical capability and influencing engineering culture.
- Lead design discussions, guide strategic decisions, and drive systems toward a target-state architecture.
- Promote engineering excellence through clean code, automation, testing, observability, and DevOps practices.
- Work closely with product, architecture, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology and business strategy.
- Act as a technical ambassador, driving innovation and supporting the adoption of emerging technologies.

Your ability to champion engineering standards and architectural best practices, while facilitating cross-team architectural conversations, will be vital in resolving technical ambiguities and ensuring systems are built for long-term maintainability and operational excellence.
