Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Principal .NET Engineer who has proven experience in the finance sector, if possible. You should possess strong knowledge of AWS with hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK (Python). A solid background in unit testing, CI/CD, and agile methodologies is essential. Familiarity with Entity Framework, contract-first design, and microservices is expected. Nice-to-have skills include exposure to Docker and Kubernetes, as well as experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Proficiency in Git, JIRA, and strong documentation skills are also important.
Responsibilities
As our Principal Software Engineer, you will have the privilege to mentor engineers and guide development to align with project goals and timelines. Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining software solutions, while collaborating with BAs and PMs to shape and refine technical requirements. You will implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK (Python) and maintain CI/CD pipelines, driving code quality through unit testing. Additionally, you will ensure the security, performance, and availability of our cloud-based systems, participate in agile ceremonies, and promote a strong agile culture. Documenting technical designs, processes, and system architecture will also be part of your responsibilities.
