Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, and Juniper firewalls (minimum 5 years)
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, NAT, routing, and VPNs
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex network issues
- Customer-facing or managed service environment experience
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., PCNSE, NSE4, CCSA) are highly desirable
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support network security solutions for a variety of clients
- Manage and troubleshoot firewalls from Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, and Juniper
- Conduct firewall rule reviews and optimise security policies
- Support VPN technologies including IPsec and SSL VPN
- Assist in security incident response and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored security solutions
- Produce detailed technical documentation and network diagrams
- Provide second and third-line support for security-related issues
- Work within a team to deliver consistent, high-quality security services
