NOC Engineer

- Monitor telecom systems and respond promptly to alerts and issues within agreed timeframes. - Conduct in-depth troubleshooting of network devices, including Cisco equipment, microwave radios, and Ethernet/IP systems. - Execute predefined technical procedures to resolve issues remotely, escalating to field teams as needed. - Offer remote guidance to field engineers to address technical faults. - Apply configurations to network devices for both preventive and corrective measures. - Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, adjusting procedures as necessary. - Manage remote configurations for network changes, additions, or relocations. - Collaborate with clients to ensure the technical aspects of work orders are completed efficiently. - Support the Service Manager with data analysis, reporting, and identifying network trends. - Conduct daily system checks and maintain accurate records. - Prepare and oversee the technical details of change requests and operational procedures. - Generate reports on network performance and system statistics across multiple technologies. - Maintain and update customer documentation, diagrams, and databases. - Coordinate with the Service Desk and NOC to ensure proper ticket tracking and updates. - Provide regular updates to internal teams and clients. - Follow established quality standards in all tasks. - Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
