Requirements
Must:
As a candidate, I seek individuals with proven experience in a Principal or Lead Software Engineering role. You should have strong cloud-native development experience, preferably with AWS, and a solid understanding of CI/CD, unit testing, and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Entity Framework, contract-first API design, and microservices is also essential. It would be beneficial if you have exposure to Docker and Kubernetes, as well as experience with both relational and NoSQL databases. Comfort in using tools like Git and JIRA, along with creating technical documentation, is expected.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead a team of software engineers through the full development lifecycle. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining modern .NET-based software solutions on AWS, aligning development efforts with project timelines and business priorities. Collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Project Managers will be key as you shape and refine requirements. Additionally, you will implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK (Python) and maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and testing practices. Documenting technical decisions, system architecture, and development processes will also be part of your responsibilities.
