Requirements

Must:
### - A Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computing or a related discipline in Information Systems/Information Technology. - Experience in successfully leading and delivering significant customer-centric technical change projects within a public sector organization. - Possession of a professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar credentials specific to the delivery of technical change projects; OR a minimum of 5 years' experience in both areas mentioned above. ###

Responsibilities

- Manage work packages across internal and external resources and project teams. - Allocate resources and plan with a focus on project spend, software licenses, and subscriptions, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. - Provide strategic technical advice to ensure project success. - Engage with stakeholders to develop Information Systems solutions that enhance business performance. - Manage budget, staff, and resources effectively to support the corporate strategy and Corporate Plan. - Develop solutions to operational, policy, and strategic issues, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure best practices. - Prepare and manage high-quality reports and papers for the Senior Management Team as necessary. - Deliver Project Board updates and guide the SMT on adopting new technologies and IT service changes. - Lead the transition of services to a cloud environment (MS Azure) and oversee technical delivery with stakeholders. - Manage financial and resourcing requirements for workstreams to support successful project delivery. - Implement best practices and standards for technical operations, including the Microsoft technology stack (Project, Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook). - Support the delivery of the Disaster Recovery plan and Cyber Incident Response Management plans. - Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all technical activities. ###
