Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server technologies and Active Directory
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls
- Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security best practices
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure (desirable)
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and endpoint protection (desirable)
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, CompTIA, ITIL, etc.) (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain IT infrastructure environments
- Implement and manage Windows Server technologies and Active Directory
- Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues related to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls
- Ensure backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place and managed
- Enforce infrastructure security best practices
- Participate in varied projects involving cloud technologies and modern IT environments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and enhance operational efficiency
