Requirements
Must:
- Experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
- Strong knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, firewalls)
- Experience with Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, remote access)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues independently
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, cybersecurity, or networking qualifications) - Desirable
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix, or similar) - Desirable
- Exposure to security tools and practices (SIEM, threat monitoring, vulnerability management) - Desirable
- Experience supporting multi-site or international environments - Desirable
- Ability to train or support non-technical users - Desirable
Responsibilities
- Support systems, networks, and security
- Handle complex IT issues and monitor for threats
- Maintain servers and cloud services
- Ensure smooth day-to-day activity in IT operations
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
