Must:
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in IT or a related discipline. You should have proven experience in IT support or systems administration, along with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will be providing support both remotely and in person. We value adaptability and efficiency in dynamic, multi-site environments. A driving license and access to your own car are also required.
Responsibilities
As an IT Systems Administrator, you will deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support across multiple sites. Your tasks will include recording, tracking, and resolving user support requests through our IT service desk system. You will set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment, software, and mobile devices, while also supporting and troubleshooting internal applications and business systems. Additionally, you will manage user accounts, permissions, and access control, administer Microsoft 365 services (including Co-Pilot and Entra tools), oversee Windows Server management tasks (including Active Directory and Group Policy), and facilitate the onboarding of new users by provisioning hardware and software.
Description
This position offers you the opportunity to work in a practical, hands-on role, directly impacting the stability and effectiveness of our IT environment across various locations. The position is a full-time contract (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm) for a duration of 3-6 months, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
