Must:
- MSP experience
- Strong Level 2 IT Support experience
- M365 expertise is a major plus
- Ability to drive proactive improvements such as patching, security policies, project planning etc.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to clients primarily in the US
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 support issues
- Implement and maintain M365 solutions
- Drive proactive improvements in IT processes and security policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal service delivery
- Adapt working hours to align with US client needs (Mon to Fri, 2pm to 11pm)
