- Driving Monitoring SLA Timers
- Following up with customers on complaints and negative ticket survey responses
- Quality checking resolved tickets to ensure correct process has been followed
- Coaching team members on shift as needed
- Driving customer service improvements
- Ideally handling urgent technical escalations
