Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have proven experience in technical security management or a similar role. You should have a strong background in IT governance and compliance. Additionally, you must possess extensive knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and risk management practices. Expertise in conducting technical security assessments and managing incidents is essential, along with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
As our IT Security Manager, you will manage and maintain the technical security of our ICT environment. You will oversee the technical elements of our ISO 27001-certified Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring ongoing compliance. Your role will involve conducting detailed technical assessments to identify and mitigate security risks, leading security incident management processes—including investigation, resolution, and reporting. You will collaborate with the CSI Manager and other teams to implement effective security controls and improvements. Furthermore, you will provide expert advice on technical security matters and contribute to our organization's risk management strategy.

We offer a competitive salary of £47,000 per annum for this permanent, full-time position, which typically runs Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with hybrid work options available across multiple offices in Northern Ireland.
