Requirements
Must:
- I have strong technical help desk experience with a solid foundation in customer service.
- I possess essential IT support knowledge, including expertise in Windows, SharePoint, Teams, Emails, Exchange, and User Access.
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is advantageous.
- I am proficient in raising and resolving tickets and providing a wide range of IT support for laptops, printers, WiFi, Windows, Email, SharePoint, etc.
Responsibilities
- My role as an IT Service Desk Agent involves picking up and resolving tickets by providing technical support to end users, including product users and business representatives.
- I work at a fast pace to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborating with the wider team is essential to ensure an excellent IT support service.
- I take a proactive approach to learning and developing new technologies.
- It's important for me to adhere to company policies and procedures, with particular attention to Cyber Security.
- I have exposure to hardware/software support, network troubleshooting, WiFi, Windows, SharePoint, Intune, and ServiceNow.
Description
We are offering a temporary, full-time contract for 8 weeks, with the possibility of ongoing extensions. The role is based in Belfast, City Centre, with a salary range of approximately £30,000 - £35,000 per annum. I will be part of a 24/7 helpdesk, working a Thursday to Monday shift from 1 PM to 10 PM, and working from home on weekends. This is a large organization with plans for expansion, presenting opportunities for extension or promotion in the future.
