Responsibilities
- As an IT Service Desk Agent, I will provide technical support via inbound calls to end users, including product users and business representatives.
- I will work at a fast pace to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- I will collaborate with the wider team to ensure an excellent IT support service.
- I will be proactive in learning and developing new technologies.
- I will adhere to company policies and procedures, with particular attention to cyber security.
- I will have exposure to hardware/software support, network troubleshooting, WiFi, Windows, SharePoint, Intune, ServiceNow, and more.
Description
I am an employer looking for an IT Service Desk Agent for my US tech client in the private sector. This role is located in Belfast City Centre, offering a salary of circa 32.5k pa. The position is temporary, full-time for three months, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role. The working hours are set at 2pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday. In this role, I aim to relocate an IT Service Desk Analyst team to Belfast to provide IT support for financial products and services. My organization is large and multinational, ensuring that I can offer potential career advancement for those who excel in their position.
