Requirements

Must:
- I require strong experience across IT Infrastructure, covering first to third line support. - I expect excellent knowledge in IT support, including laptops, desktops, O365, Windows, and printers. - A solid understanding of networks, cyber security, governance, and compliance is essential. - I need someone with strong managerial experience in leading an IT Support team. - Experience in supplier and contract management is necessary. - I am looking for someone with experience in outsourcing IT services and infrastructure. - A positive, friendly team player is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

- I will need you to assist the Head of ICT in overseeing the ICT Team, which includes IT Support, Software Engineers, and Web Developers. - As part of a small organization and team, you will also be hands-on with the service desk. - You will play a key role in mapping out the outsourcing of most of our Infrastructure, managing suppliers, SLAs, contract management, and vendor negotiation.
