Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in an IT Manager or Senior IT Lead role
- Strong experience managing servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user devices
- Experience overseeing cybersecurity controls, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, wireless networks, and system scalability
- Experience leading IT support functions and managing service delivery
- Experience managing third-party vendors and negotiating SLAs
- Experience leading IT projects such as migrations, system upgrades, and telephony rollouts
- Strong understanding of access control, endpoint protection, and data security best practices
- Experience working within structured project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop the organisations entire IT environment
- Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable technology operations that support business growth and service delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for all technology matters
- Lead day-to-day IT activities while shaping long-term strategy
- Manage vendors and deliver key technology projects
- Oversee system upgrades and telephony implementations
- Manage cloud services and internal platforms
- Implement network security improvements
- Drive continuous improvement across the IT function
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
