- Hands-on experience is looked on favourably (no degree required)
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-line IT support across head office and multi-site operations
- Manage hardware and software troubleshooting
- Assist with user onboarding and training
- Coordinate telephony systems and support
- Liaise with third-party providers for service coordination
- Support business operations where IT and service delivery overlap
- Maintain organization and prioritization of tasks effectively
