Must:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Confident acting as first-line IT support
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise and multitask
- Strong communication skills (users and third-party providers)
- Full driving licence with willingness to travel
- No degree required - hands-on experience looked on favourably
- Experience with VoIP/telephony systems (e.g. RingCentral) (desirable)
- Background in multi-site environments (retail, logistics, industrial) (desirable)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and endpoint management (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-line IT support across the head office and multi-site operation
- Cover hardware and software troubleshooting
- Manage user on-boarding and telephony systems
- Coordinate administrative tasks and liaise with third-party providers
- Support business operations where IT and service delivery overlap
