ICT Infrastructure Analyst - Belfast

- Provide technical support and advice to customers in person, by phone, and email - Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring full resolution and customer satisfaction - Classify and prioritise incidents, document root causes, and implement preventative measures - Identify and analyse wider system issues, consulting internal and external specialists where necessary - Patch and update MS Windows Server 2012 (or later) in a Windows Hyper-V 2019 environment - Support and manage services within the Microsoft Azure cloud environment - Manage MS Exchange 2016 (or later) on-premise and Microsoft 365 cloud-based email systems, including mailboxes and permissions - Administer Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft cloud identity services - Manage and configure TCP/IP network equipment such as switches - Support in-house developed Microsoft-based applications - Investigate system alerts and provide timely responses - Plan for disaster recovery and develop contingency arrangements - Assist in the development and maintenance of secure Windows 10 (or later) device configurations - Support secure remote access solutions and smart devices - Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, providing technical advice and challenge where appropriate - Ensure compliance with all Assembly Commission policies - Manage information and records in line with statutory and organisational requirements - Undertake additional duties as reasonably required
