- Process warranty claims, gather supporting information, and prepare summaries for internal teams
- Propose and agree claim settlements in line with policy and agreed timelines
- Provide technical support to customers and dealer networks via phone, email, and online portals
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, service, and other internal departments
- Deliver occasional training on warranty systems and processes
- Recover costs from suppliers and coordinate returns
- Raise concerns to quality teams and support issue resolution
- Offer guidance to technical and parts helpdesks on warranty-related topics
- Support field issue investigations and recommend technical improvements
- Ensure safety, reliability, and serviceability are prioritized
- Act as the appointed person for lift plans when required (training provided if needed)
- Travel may be required
