ERP Transformation Specialist - Fixed Assets & Stock

- Engage with service area stakeholders to capture detailed business requirements specific to fixed assets & stock - Analyze and document current and future state processes to support system configuration and functional design - Work closely with the ERP implementation team and vendor to align system setup with defined business requirements - Act as a key liaison between operational teams and the technical project team, ensuring clarity of requirements and addressing issues throughout the project lifecycle - Design and execute test scenarios, including user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and defect resolution tracking - Support data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure clean migration of legacy data to the new ERP system - Assist in assessing the impact of change on service users and contribute to training, communications, and transition planning - Develop and maintain business process documentation, functional specifications, and system change logs - Provide insight and recommendations to improve business processes using the functionality and automation available within ERP system - Contribute to project planning, milestone tracking, and reporting, and escalate risks or blockers appropriately
