- Ability to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Desirable: Experience within utilities, infrastructure, or regulated industries
- Desirable: Experience working on large-scale transformation or IT programmes
- Desirable: Knowledge of enterprise or operational systems
Responsibilities
- Play a central role in shaping and delivering transformation initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather and define requirements
- Translate gathered requirements into clear specifications
- Support the delivery of solutions aligned to organisational goals
- Work across multiple systems and platforms
- Facilitate workshops to gather insights and feedback
- Contribute to solution design processes
- Ensure successful delivery of projects from concept through to implementation
