Requirements
Must:
- A primary degree, 2:2 classification or post-graduate qualification in computing or information management related discipline
- Up to date PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
- At least 3 years experience in managing complex information technology projects delivered using a formalised project management approach
- Experience in leading or contributing to change programmes impacting multiple business areas
- At least 5 years experience in anticipating and analyzing problems to provide options and recommendations to senior staff
- Current PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (must attain within first six months if not up to date)
- Relevant GCE A-levels or equivalent qualifications may be considered
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into road maps, milestones, and user stories
- Apply complex business rules and interpret regulatory documents
- Build knowledge of current IS technology base and procedures
- Assist in running IS Office related Project and Change Management projects
- Work alongside business units to improve planning and delivery of ICT enabled projects
- Provide support in the delivery of innovative digital solutions and business improvement processes
- Conduct information gathering, analysis, and regular review meetings with business units
- Participate in business modelling processes and communicate results clearly to stakeholders
- Provide business analysis of software development requests
- Produce and finalize user stories collaboratively with lead software developers
- Review design and requirements documentation to assist end users in testing developed systems
- Provide analysis and feedback to IS Developers based on testing results
- Manage feedback from customers and stakeholders to enhance stakeholder management
- Develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships
- Manage contracted equipment or services suppliers to ensure project standards are met

Description
