Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT business analysis or transformation experience
- Proven experience liaising with business end users within large organisations
- Skilled in translating business needs into system requirements
- Experienced in supporting large IT implementations or transformation programmes
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Familiar with business applications, IT concepts such as SDLC, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and data governance
Responsibilities
- Support process change initiatives and drive business transformation projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and develop detailed requirements for new technology solutions
- Assist in translating business needs into technical specifications
- Support the implementation of diverse business applications within structured IT projects
- Contribute to continuous improvement and successful delivery of large-scale IT programmes
