Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in DDI (DNS, DHCP & IPAM) technology
- Proven track record in planning, implementing, and supporting large-scale DDI infrastructure projects
- Expertise in designing, deploying, and operationalizing DDI infrastructures
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tooling
- Expert-level engineering experience with Cygna VitalQIP, AMS & AMMs, EfficientIP, Infoblox, and F5 BIG-IP DNS
- Experience with network protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, and DNS
- Familiarity with automation and scripting languages (shell, Ansible, VBA, Python, JavaScript, JSON, API integration or development)
- Experience working in an Agile team and knowledge of JIRA is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and support large-scale DDI infrastructure projects
- Design, deploy, and operationalize DDI infrastructure across new environments
- Manage risk assessment and address challenges impacting user services
- Collaborate constructively within a team and work independently across time zones
- Apply industry-standard project management methodologies and tooling
- Document and manage infrastructure project implementations
