- Support customers and address their inquiries in a timely manner.
- Schedule engineers’ diaries and manage appointments to meet customer needs while considering job complexity, time requirements, and parts availability.
- Order necessary parts for jobs and ensure accurate paperwork is submitted by engineers.
- Log cases, handle customer complaints, and maintain updated systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless service for customers.
- Assist field engineers with technical challenges to identify solutions.
- Liaise with the purchasing team to schedule deliveries and installations.
- Ensure compliance with DVSA, health and safety regulations, manufacturer policy, and company standards while carrying out time-sensitive work.
- Generate profit for the company through effective service management.
Description
We are GEMCAL SERVICE LTD, a rapidly growing Garage Equipment Service Company based in Hainault, Essex. We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our customer service team, reporting directly to the business and service manager. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with an expected start date as soon as possible. Salary ranges from £25,396.80 to £27,000.00 per year. We foster a positive work environment with benefits that include casual dress, company events, pension schemes, and on-site parking. We want applicants to have a good understanding of Garage Equipment and to be ready to share their experience in customer service. This role requires in-person work and is vital for upholding our customer service standards.
