- Proven experience in leading large-scale digital projects aligned with strategic goals.
- Proven experience in resource management, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Strong leadership and change management abilities, with excellent organizational, planning, communication, and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
As the Director of IT and Digital Innovation, you will:
- Lead all technology initiatives within our College Group, ensuring that the work of IT Services and Digital Innovation supports and advances our mission, values, and strategic priorities.
- Oversee the effective delivery of IT infrastructure, systems, and services across our institutions, balancing day-to-day operational excellence with the adoption of emerging technologies.
- Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making and lead digital transformation projects that support teaching and learning excellence.
- Drive organizational change to create a modern, adaptive, and digitally enabled environment.
- Engage and lead on the delivery of cutting-edge technologies across various projects and programs.

At HRUC (Harrow, Richmond, and Uxbridge Colleges), we are an ambitious College Group, bringing together three colleges across five vibrant campuses. We seek a candidate who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has the skills to inspire, motivate, and drive both staff and students towards our shared goals. As a true expert in Information Technology, you will have a thirst for innovation and play a vital role in shaping the future direction of our strategic growth plan by helping to digitally equip HRUC. This position will be based at our locations in Harrow, Richmond, and Uxbridge, with travel across the UK and some hybrid/remote working to be agreed.
