Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with and supporting application systems
- Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft SQL Server
- Good analytical skills
- Experience of 1st & 2nd line helpdesk support
- Python & PowerShell development skills (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support
- Support user onboarding and access management
- Use SQL to support system operations, including troubleshooting data issues, validating datasets, and resolving user-reported problems
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and scripts to enhance MIS functionality and support ongoing system development
- Apply SQL in system integrations, and use scripting technologies such as Python and PowerShell to automate data flows
- Design, test and implement API-based integrations
Description
We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our busy and expanding MIS team at our Uxbridge Campus, with occasional travel to Harrow and Richmond as required. This role offers a salary in the range of £34,878 - £37,035 per annum, including London Weighting, for 36 hours a week, 52 weeks a year. We offer flexibility, including the ability to work from home one day a week after settling into the role, subject to business needs. We look for a flexible, pro-active individual to assist with the implementation, configuration, and support of both new and existing Management Information Systems.
