Requirements
Must:
- LMS or systems experience
- Advanced Excel Skills (including pivot tables and vlookups)
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and analysis
- Configuration skills
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users and internal teams.
- System and records maintenance on the firms learning management system (LMS).
- Provide system training for all new users.
- Assist with configuration and implementing system improvements.
- Maintain system functionality by troubleshooting, analyzing technical problems and deficiencies.
- Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reporting.
- Maintain and upload new content onto the learning management system.
- Maintain governance and quality assurance by reviewing data entry across the learning management system.
- Manage relationships with external vendors.
- Participate in projects.
- Reporting production and analysis.
- Build trusted relationships across the business.
- Risk and Control: Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with our regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Description
We are delighted to partner with an award-winning client based in Glasgow to recruit a Database Administrator / LMS for a period of 12 months. You will be part of the Reward & People Data team, providing essential technical support for the firms learning management system and related systems. While initial training will be full time in the office, we offer hybrid working options with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home afterwards.
