Requirements
Must:
- Ideally, I am looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
- I would prefer you to hold a NetSuite Administrator Certificate.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Coupa is strongly preferred, and familiarity with tools such as Oracle EPM, FloQast, and Concur would be a plus.
- A confident understanding of finance processes, including GL, AP, and AR, is essential.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, FreshService) are important.
- You should have experience in building reports, building integrations, and coding.
- Experience using SuiteScript, a JavaScript-based platform, to customize and automate NetSuite business processes is needed.
- I value detail-oriented individuals with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Extensive experience managing NetSuite implementations, including configuration, data migration, and user training, is expected.
- Being a team player with strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude would be desirable.
- A NetSuite Administrator or similar systems certification is desirable.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to act as the first point of contact for finance system users, resolving issues across Enterprise Resource Planning, Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, and close management platforms (such as FloQast and Concur).
- You will maintain and manage user access, roles, workflows, and system customizations to ensure optimal functionality.
- Supporting the onboarding of new users and delivering training to help teams use systems confidently and efficiently will be your responsibility.
- I will require you to create and update training resources and user guides.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting system data flows and integrations, resolving discrepancies as they arise, is part of the role.
- You will also design and implement custom workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance automation and improve reporting.
- Participating in exciting financial systems projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations is expected.
- Supporting global teams across time zones and contributing to the business's evolving systems roadmap will also be part of your duties.
