IT Support Technician

In this part-time, on-site role (28 hours per week, Monday to Friday), you will provide in-person support across all campuses, maintaining and troubleshooting over 13,000 University-managed Windows, Mac, and Linux systems while also assisting students with their devices. You can expect to travel between locations to support our face-to-face and walk-up service model, making each day varied, challenging, and rewarding.
